Shipping and Payment Terms

Our offer is aimed exclusively at business & trade customers; not at private customers. 

The following conditions apply: 

Shipping costs within Germany 

Delivery is by parcel service. For orders within Germany we calculate the shipping costs according to expenditure. This includes the costs of packaging, dispatch and insurance. The goods will be dispatched to the billing address you specified when ordering. If the goods are to be dispatched to a different delivery address, this must be specified when the order is placed. 

The costs for standard shipping within Germany are determined by the packaging unit of the products. Shipping costs are calculated per parcel according to customer agreements, as this shop is reserved exclusively for B2B business.

Shipping costs for bulky items & express delivery
For bulky items, large-format boxes and a special type of delivery (express, etc.), additional costs may be charged according to expenditure, which should be requested in advance. Detailed information on the shipping costs for the items you have selected can be obtained at any time from Wolf&Pabich customer service.

Shipping costs outside Germany
Shipping abroad is also charged at cost, including any customs and clearance costs.
