Accessibility statement
Wolf & Pabich GmbH strives to make its website www.wolf-pabich.de as accessible as possible. This accessibility statement applies to our B2B online shop at www.dkv-mobility.de.
scope:
Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers (business-to-business). Therefore, our online shop is not subject to the direct application of EU Directive 2016/2102, the German Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), or the EN 301 549 standard, which contains the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Nevertheless, digital accessibility is important to us. We are continuously working to make our content more usable for all users, including people with disabilities.
Content currently not accessible:
Some areas of our website are not yet fully accessible. This applies in particular to:
- Images without alternative text:
some images on the page do not have ‘alt text’. This means that users with visual impairments cannot understand what is depicted in the image.
- Unclear labels:
in some cases, visible text (e.g. on buttons or links) does not match the underlying technical designations. This can cause problems when using voice input software.
- Links without descriptive text:
there are links without clear link text. The purpose of such links is not apparent to screen reader users.
- Unlabelled buttons:
some buttons do not have a clearly recognisable name or purpose, which makes them difficult to use with assistive technology.
- Form fields without labels:
some forms lack clear labels. This makes it unclear what input is expected. Small touch targets: Certain clickable elements – especially on mobile devices – are too small and therefore difficult to use.
- Inadequate alt text:
some existing alternative texts are too short or not meaningful enough to describe the image content in an understandable way.
- Non-accessible PDF files:
some of our PDF documents cannot be fully utilised with screen readers or other technologies.
- Limited keyboard navigation:
our flyout navigation cannot currently be operated entirely with the keyboard. Some menu items cannot be accessed with the tab key.
Contact & Feedback:
If you encounter any barriers or difficulties when using our online shop, we would appreciate your feedback. We will review your comments and endeavour to implement improvements as soon as possible.
